A leading boutique firm having wast network of connections and highly specializing on investment opportunities of the residential segment of a real estate market of the United Arab Emirates, including Portfolio Management, Leasing, Sales, Purchases and many others services.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for photography, and the ability to capture the unique characteristics of various properties. This role involves photographing residential and commercial properties to create compelling visual content that attracts potential buyers and renters.

Responsibilities:

• Photography : Capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties, both interiors and exteriors.
• Videography : Creating contents on the properties for marketing and advertising.
• Editing : Edit and enhance photos and Videos to ensure they are visually appealing and meet company standards.
• Virtual Tours : Create virtual tours and 360-degree images to provide immersive experiences for potential clients.
• Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule photo shoots with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Equipment Maintenance : Maintain photography equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• File Management : Organize and manage a library of images for easy retrieval and use.
• Client Interaction : Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on the latest photography trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of work.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate photography or a related field.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Skills :

• Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipments and editing softwares (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom etc).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color correction.
• Ability to create virtual tours and 360-degree images.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
