Are you experienced in enthusiastic and highly detail-oriented Legal Specialist, have worked with a top-tier regional law firm based in Dubai, then you are the one we are looking for.

The ideal candidate will be a key member of the team and will assist in various legal tasks, leveraging your bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Paralegal in a Real Estate Department.
• Strong knowledge of real estate legal processes, documentation, and regulations in the UAE.
• Must be available to join immediately
• Assisting in property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leases.
• Conducting legal research and compiling reports on relevant real estate matters
• Preparing legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions.
• Managing the property due diligence process.
• Communicating with clients and other professionals in the real estate industry.
• Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Keeping abreast of changes in real estate law and the professional services industry.
• Maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the firm's professional standards.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Law.
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Paralegal experience at an international/national law firm.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and property law.
• UAE experience is a must.
• Fluent in English as well as in Arabic.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in preparing legal documents and contracts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft software.
