Requirements

Experience:

Prior experience in Off-Plan real estate sales or business development is

preferred

Skills & Competencies:

negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

independently and within a team-oriented environment

Tech-savvy

with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Real Estate/Business background is a plus).

Availability:

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify, engage, and develop strong relationships with potential investors and buyers. Build and maintain a robust client portfolio tailored to their investment needs.

Sales & Lead Generation

Proactively seek and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Analyze market trends to identify lucrative sales opportunities.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial agreements. Work towards achieving and exceeding

monthly sales targets

within designated timeframes.

Consultation & Advisory

Provide expert guidance to clients on property investment opportunities. Conduct compelling presentations on real estate projects and handle inquiries professionally.

Market Knowledge & Strategy

Stay updated with

Dubai's real estate trends, regulations, and upcoming projects

to provide insightful recommendations. Expand the company's listings and maintain strong industry connections.

Salary:

Up to

AED 6,500 per month

+ Attractive commission structure

Experience Required:

Minimum

1 year

in Real Estate sales (Off-Plan experience preferred).
