: Chief Office Manager At Lifer Realty Co., we are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Chief Office Manager to oversee all aspects of our bustling business. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our company, from promoting our services to hiring top-notch brokers. Your exceptional organizational skills, leadership qualities, and commitment to excellence will drive our company forward. Compensation: The basic pay for this position is AED4000. In addition, you will receive a 60/40 commission on all closed deals, providing a significant opportunity to increase your earnings based on performance. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and make sure every department meets their goals.
Develop strategies to enhance productivity and ensure company growth.
Promote the company\'s services to attract clients and increase revenue.
Hire, train, and supervise new brokers, providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
Manage administrative staff and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by all team members.
Handle client complaints and issues swiftly and professionally.
Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with other senior managers to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
Assess overall company performance against objectives.
Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chief Office Manager or similar executive role.
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
Strong analytical ability and a problem-solving approach.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.
Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
BSc/BA in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
