We are looking for a passionate and experienced Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a native or fluent Arabic speaker with a proven track record of success in real estate marketing. This role will involve creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, investors, and tenants to our diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and real estate projects.
• Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, property listings, and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Requirements:

• Immediate Joiner
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written) is required. English proficiency is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms and advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in creating compelling marketing content and visual materials.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry in UAE.
• Knowledge of the local property market and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
