Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for residential, commercial, and luxury properties.

Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the Dubai real estate sector.

Identify target audiences and craft campaigns to attract buyers and investors.

2. Brand Management

Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all platforms.

Oversee the creation of branding materials, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and tone.

Position the company as a leader in the real estate market through strategic branding initiatives.

3. Digital Marketing

Oversee the creation and management of digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Monitor website performance, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and lead generation.

Analyze digital campaign metrics to refine strategies for better ROI.

4. Sales Support

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Develop high-quality promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and videos for property showcases.

Organize virtual and physical property tours and open houses to generate leads.

5. Content Creation and Management

Supervise the development of content for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters.

Manage storytelling around projects, including project launches, construction progress, and community updates.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce impactful marketing assets.

6. Events and Public Relations

Plan and manage participation in real estate expos like Cityscape Dubai and other relevant industry events.

Organize exclusive launch events for new property developments targeting VIP clients and investors.

Build relationships with media outlets and coordinate press releases to announce new projects and milestones.

7. Budget Management

Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Track campaign expenditures and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

8. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and productivity.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, graphic design, and external agencies.

Evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for professional development.

9. International Outreach

Design and implement strategies to attract international investors and buyers.

Partner with global real estate agencies and attend international roadshows and exhibitions.

10. Reporting and Analytics

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.

Prepare detailed reports for senior management, outlining the success and ROI of marketing activities.

Use insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its key drivers.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to execute innovative marketing campaigns.
