Currently we are hiring Secondary Sales Manager for our Dubai Office who can join on immediate basis and create a team of at least 5 - 10 agents for secondary market.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the secondary sales and leasing team to achieve sales targets and Objectives.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize their potential and performance.

• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other
stakeholders in the real estate industry.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in secondary sales within the Dubai real estate market leading a team.

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.

• Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing a team in a brokerage setting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations, market dynamics, and property trends.

• Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
