Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales efforts for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the successful acquisition and disposition of properties. The Real Estate Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding our client base, maximizing sales revenue, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in both residential and commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and exceed client expectations.
• Oversee the acquisition, management, and disposition of properties within the real estate portfolio to maximize profitability and growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, including property acquisitions and sales of off-plan and ready properties.
• Conduct market research and analysis of real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
• Lead negotiations for property sales, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base and achieve revenue goals.
• Provide regular sales performance reports, including market trends, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless property transactions and high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or management, with a proven track record in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Experience in property acquisitions, sales, and portfolio management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic recommendations based on data.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time effectively.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or development, with a solid understanding of the UAE market.
