Lead and manage our sales and leasing team.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Oversee property listings, negotiations, and transactions.
Stay updated on market trends and competition to provide strategic insights.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.Requirements: Experience:

Real Estate: 5 years (Required)
Language preference:
English, French ,German, Russian

Requirements:

Honesty and Integrity are a must
Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, preferably in the Dubai market.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market and legal requirements.
A valid Real Estate Broker License from RERA.
