ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager to
help expand our operations in the secondary real estate market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in the secondary market.REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the Dubai real estate industry for at least 3 years is a must (preferably in the Secondary Market) 1-2 year's experience in a managerial or Team Leader role Excellent communication skills Deep understanding of the broker's work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process Proven organizational and planning ability Confident, yet approachable with an excellent leadership skills Strong decision-maker Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
