Real Estate Manager

to lead and optimize our organization's operational functions. This dynamic role involves managing property listings, streamlining property management processes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Listings & Lead Management Supervision:

Ensure accurate and updated property listings across platforms. Collaborate with marketing to enhance property visibility. Manage leads through CRM and expand the property database.

Property Management Supervision:

Oversee tenant relations, lease renewals, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and tenancy laws. Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and vendors.

Team Development:

Train, and mentor sales team members. Set performance targets and drive team growth.

Operational Leadership:

Implement efficient systems and workflows. Align cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present reports on listings, property management, and sales. Identify challenges and recommend improvements.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

1-2 years in Dubai real estate operations or a leadership role.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with CRM systems, property management software, RERA regulations, and tenancy laws.
