We are HIRING "Real Estate Team Leader" to join immediately at Dubai, UAE.

Compensation Package:

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents or brokers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including managing schedules, assigning leads, and coordinating marketing efforts.

Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader.

Arabic Speaker is preferred.

Join with his team is a plus but not mandatory.

Off Plan and Secondary Market Knowledge is a plus.
