We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager for Real Estate Brokerage to manage the operations and lead the dynamic team of real estate brokers. As a key member of the management team, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing property transactions, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of property sales, purchase, rentals, and development.
Lead, mentor, hire, and train a team of brokers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads.
Negotiate and finalize sale, purchase, and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize business performance.
Handle tenant inquiries, resolve disputes, and oversee collections.
Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
Salary: AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: CommissionREQUIREMENTSRequirements:
Bachelor\'s degree
At least 5-10 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai.
RERA Brokerage License is mandatory.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license
