We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to oversee the real estate assets and operations.As the Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate portfolio, including leasing, property management, acquisitions, and dispositions.You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of the real estate assets and achieve the business objectives.Main Duties/Responsibilities:- Oversee the leasing and management of commercial and residential properties.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the real estate portfolio.- Negotiate leases, contracts, and other agreements with tenants, vendors, and partners.- Manage relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders.- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the real estate portfolio.- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Candidate Profile:- 10 years of experience in real estate management within Dubai, with a proven track record of success.- Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and market dynamics.- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office.- Knowledge in government legislations and regulations associated with RERA is a must.- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
