We offer an extensive search and acquisition service across the commercial and residential markets, and strive to redefine luxury living through our ultimate collection of luxury properties.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager at You & House Properties in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including lease administration, lease negotiations, and property management. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with tenants and ensuring tenant satisfaction.Experience is a must for 2-3 years.Arabic speaker is preferredINDIANS ARE PREFERREDOther relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial to the role include strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, and knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations.SkillsQualifications

Strong experience in property management, lease administration, and leases
Strong knowledge of Real Estate, including commercial and residential markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships with tenants and negotiate leases
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate Management or related field
Experience in Commercial Real Estate is highly desirable
