Real Estate Management

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Management is responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned properties. They will oversee day-to-day property activities, including tenant management, maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Property Leasing & Marketing:

Develop and implement leasing strategies. Market vacant properties and negotiate lease agreements with potential tenants. Ensure properties are consistently occupied and achieve target occupancy rates.

Tenant Relations:

Serve as the main point of contact for tenants. Address tenant concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.

Maintenance & Repairs:

Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Schedule regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety codes. Hire and manage contractors for building repairs and maintenance.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

Prepare and manage property budgets, including expenses and income projections. Monitor rent collection and ensure timely payments. Provide regular financial reports to owners or stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Legal Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure properties comply with local zoning laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements. Handle lease enforcement, evictions, and other legal matters as necessary. Maintain proper records for compliance and audit purposes.

Property Financial Performance:

Analyze the financial performance of properties and implement cost-saving measures. Identify opportunities for increasing property value and return on investment (ROI). Work with property owners to identify long-term investment opportunities.

Team Supervision:

Supervise and train a team of property staff (maintenance workers, leasing agents, etc.). Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in property management or real estate operations. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, leases, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting. Ability to multitask and manage several properties or projects at once. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
