Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing property listings across various real estate platforms to maximize visibility and drive engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, property owners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Listing Management:
• Prepare and publish accurate, detailed, and visually appealing property listings on real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
• Ensure all listings comply with platform and company guidelines.
• Content Creation:
• Write compelling property descriptions that highlight key features and appeal to target audiences.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to capture high-quality visuals of properties.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing and effective listing strategies.
• Stay updated on current real estate trends, platform algorithms, and marketing techniques.
• Optimization:
• Optimize listings with relevant keywords and search-friendly content to enhance visibility.
• Monitor listing performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with property owners, developers, and brokers to collect accurate property details.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and updates on property status.
• Platform Management:
• Manage accounts on multiple property listing portals and ensure all listings are up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to listings and platform functionality.
• Customer Service:
• Respond promptly to inquiries and coordinate with potential clients for viewings and further details.
• Provide clients with regular updates on the progress and performance of their property listings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate listings or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with real estate listing platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO for optimizing listings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
