- Property Listing: Identify and list residential and commercial properties for sale or rent.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners to secure the best deals for our clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including online listings and open houses.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents and team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful negotiations with property owners.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- License: Valid real estate license in the UAE.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
