Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage property listings on various online real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, JustProperty).
• Ensure all property listings are accurate, complete, and updated regularly.
• Work closely with property owners, developers, and clients to gather listing details, photographs, and other necessary information.
• Optimize listings for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to client inquiries on portal platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting listings across multiple channels.
• Stay current on portal trends, features, and best practices to ensure the best results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Listing Agent, with a focus on portal-based listings.
• Strong knowledge of popular real estate portals in the region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to manage multiple listings at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is a plus.
