We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Listing Agent to join our team in Abu Dahbi. As a Listing Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients with listing their properties on the market. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that listings are well-prepared, attract potential buyers, and are in line with current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in preparing their properties for listing, including providing guidance on pricing, staging, and marketing.

Create detailed property listings with high-quality photos, accurate descriptions, and market analysis.

Manage and update online listings, ensuring they are accurate and attract attention from prospective buyers.

Provide expert advice to clients on the real estate market, trends, and the sale process.

Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on the status of their listings and potential buyers.

Negotiate offers and facilitate property transactions from listing to closing.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transactions and optimal results for clients.

Requirements:

More than 2 years of experience in real estate, specifically in property listings or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.

Proficiency in listing platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.

Fluent in Arabic (preferred) and English.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
