Job Overview:
We are seeking a Listing/Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The Listing/Call Center Agent plays a vital role in identifying potential property listings and supporting the property sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Share insights and recommendations with clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Property Assessment: Evaluate properties and advise clients on the listing price based on market analysis and property condition.
• Listing Management: Collaborate with property owners to gather all necessary documentation and information for listing purposes.
• Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the listing process.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to property owners.
• Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients to achieve successful transactions.
• Assist sales agents in closing deals by arranging viewings and ensuring all necessary details are available to finalize sales.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience as a Listing Agent or a real estate call center role.
• Excellent written, phone and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi- task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Preferable : Own Visa
Experience: At least one year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
