Job description
A Listing Agent/coordinator at a real estate firm is an administrative role which assists the Real Estate with all aspects of the sale of a home. Generally the Listing coordinator is responsible for researching and gathering accurate property information, creating contracts with accurate financial/legal information, creating and publishing real estate listings, scheduling showings and open houses, and collecting, organizing, and delivering feedback from other agents and potential buyers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Arabic / English speaking and writing
• Minimum 1 years experience at least in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market
• Making calls to generate leads and availability
• Contacting landlords and owners of the properties of assigned areas to determine availabilities
• Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports
• Finding potential clients and listing properties on different portals
• Assisting the sales agents in closing the deals and arranging to view etc
• Preparing offers and sales agreements
• Understanding the mortgage process and other services
• Assisting clients with the whole transaction
Salary and benefit
Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: AED2,500 - AED3,000 per month + Commission
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
