We are looking for a Listing Agent Representative that will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customers satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Multi-skilled candidates who can balance technical maintenance with good skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Get good availability from the owners, and try to convince them to give the hot deals
- Build sustainable relationships and engage owners by taking the extra mile.
- Keep record of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Good organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a real estate call center role
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Track record pf over-achieving quota.
- Ability to multi- task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Arrange the viewings for sales agents.
Preferable : Own Visa
Experience: We will accept Freshers.
