We are looking for a Listing Agent that will be able to handle customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customers satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Get good availability from the owners, and try to convince them to give the hot deals
- Build sustainable relationships and engage owners by taking the extra mile.
- Keep record of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Requirements:
- Good organizational skills.
- Previous experience as a Listing Agent
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi- task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Arrange the viewings for sales agents.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
