We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Lease and Sales Manager

to join our team. This role involves overseeing leasing and sales operations, managing property transactions, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing leasing and sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth transaction processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors. Conduct meetings and property tours to provide clients with detailed information about available properties. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Sales and Leasing Operations

Manage the end-to-end leasing and sales process, from listing properties to closing deals. Ensure that all property listings are updated across multiple platforms with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality visuals. Identify and execute marketing strategies to maximize property exposure and attract potential clients.

Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct market research to stay informed on property values, rental trends, and competitive pricing. Provide data-driven insights to property owners to optimize rental rates and sales prices. Identify emerging market opportunities and implement strategies to increase lease and sales volume.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
