Conduct in-depth research on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.Client Advisory:
Provide tailored investment advice to clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.Portfolio Management:
Assist clients in building and managing a diversified real estate investment portfolio.Networking:
Establish and maintain relationships with property developers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate market.Compliance:
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations.Reporting:
Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for clients.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in investment advisory or real estate sales is often preferred.
