Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:

• Source, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates for roles in sales, property management, development, marketing, and operations.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.

HR Management:

• Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist in performance management and employee relations.

Market Insights & Networking:

• Stay updated on trends in the real estate industry to identify key talent and hiring opportunities.
• Build relationships within the real estate community to establish a strong network of candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar role, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, etc.).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
