Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales and Administrative Specialis t to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills to manage both the sales process and administrative functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Manage client relationships, including property showings, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide clients with informed advice.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
Administrative:
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the sales team and senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external parties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Customer Service:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales and administrative roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
