Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Managing Director to lead our team. The candidate should have a solid background in real estate management.

The ideal candidate should be passionate, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers along with the aspects mentioned below:

Expertise in real estate industry with proven experience of 5 years

Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems

Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects

Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in both secondary and off plan market, focusing on both individual and team performance.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate industry, specifically within the Dubai market.

Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.

Monitor and analyze team performance, sales activity, and market trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Stay updated with industry regulations, market conditions, and competitors' activities to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant.

Benefits:

Salary: 8,000 to 10,000 + Company Visa + Medical Insurance + Ticket.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
