Overview: We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our real estate development team as a Graphic Designer & Content Writer with minimum 3 years of experience in the field of real estate developer. This unique role will involve creating visually appealing graphics and crafting compelling written content to effectively market our development projects and enhance our brand presence. Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics, including project renderings, site plans, floor plans, and promotional materials. Design eye-catching advertisements, brochures, flyers, and signage to attract potential buyers or investors. Develop engaging digital assets for online marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and website visuals. Ensure all design work aligns with brand standards and project objectives. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that drive engagement and conversions. Content Writing: Write compelling property descriptions and project narratives that highlight unique selling points and amenities. Develop informative blog posts, articles, and guides related to real estate trends, market insights, and neighborhood highlights. Craft persuasive copy for property listings, sales collateral, and promotional materials. Conduct research to gather relevant data and information to support content creation efforts. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. Requirements: Proven experience in graphic design and content writing, preferably within the real estate industry. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. Knowledge of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and industry trends. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
