Job Description

REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Reviews and interprets appraisals, as-built surveys, titles, easement encumbrances, liens and subdividing requirements

2.Prepare leases, licences, space planning, property surveys, feasibility studies, estate management, disposal and acquisitions, terrier management, option appraisals, rent reviews, etc, in connection with proposed and approved developments

3.Support the firm's activities in general

4.Assist with various aspects of lending operations, including review and updating of policies, procedures and controls transaction documentation

5.Support client workshops to help our clients understand the benefits of Predictive Analytics, implementation approaches and options, predictive insights that could be achieved

6.Consults with all levels of management toDevelop/Coordinate/deliver a functional

7.Researching data for analysis (Market/Sales/Rent/Regional)May perform administrative support functions, client communication letters, request forms

8.Financial modelling for the purpose of real estate appraisal, independent selection of assumptions and ability to argue for selection of appraisal parameters.
