Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent - Secondary Market . The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, preparing and negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and Sales skills
• Good knowledge of Villa & Townhouse Communities in Dubai
• Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with local real estate market and regulations
• Fluency in English and other languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
