The company have vacancy of real estate consultants/agents with below responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities

:

Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Developing a competitive market price by comparing several properties. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Handle leads and clients requirements and targets wisely.

Requirements

:

Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson is preferable. Strong interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of the local real estate market. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary market.

: Russian

commission + salary negotiable

Pay: From AED200,000.00 per year
