Position: Real Estate Consultant (Off Plan Sales)

About Position: We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to grow as part of the ever gaining Dubai Real Estate.

Duties and Responsibilities Summary:

• Business development to identify new investors and clients.
• The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
• Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
• Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
• Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
• Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
• Manage a portfolio of listings.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
• Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience is preferred (Off Plan Sales)
• Well-presented and a good work ethics.
• Has excellent problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
• Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.

Education and Professional qualifications: Any degree.

Experience: Previous Sales/Business Development experience is required (Having Real Estate experience is an advantage)

Joining time: Immediate / Freshers/ Tourist (having local experience considered)
