We\'re currently looking for a Property Consultant to join our team. As a property consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional guidance and expertise to clients seeking assistance with their real estate needs. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed decisions regarding property investments, sales, leasing, and property management. Your primary focus will be to offer exceptional customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and goals. \xc2\xb7 Act as a point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout their real estate journey. \xc2\xb7 Provide personalized recommendations based on market trends, property analysis, and client objectives. \xc2\xb7 Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. \xc2\xb7 Conduct property viewings, showcasing the unique features and benefits to prospective buyers or tenants. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions. \xc2\xb7 Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline. \xc2\xb7 Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including cold calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new customers. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate deals and contracts with buyers and sellers. \xc2\xb7 Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers for property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal. Qualifications & requirements: \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and other industry-related tools. \xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, ambitious and self-motivated. \xc2\xb7 Arabic, English, Russian, Spanish, German & Chinese Speakers are welcomed to apply. .
