Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support real estate operations, assist with the management of property transactions, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Transaction Management:

Assist with the coordination and execution of property transactions, including preparing documents, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.

Listing Coordination:

Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Client and Vendor Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, real estate agents, brokers, contractors, and vendors. Facilitate communication and schedule meetings as needed.

Marketing Support:

Assist with creating marketing materials, property brochures, online listings, and social media content to promote properties and real estate services.

Document Preparation and Filing:

Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure proper filing and organization of all real estate files.

Schedule and Coordinate Showings:

Schedule property showings, open houses, and other appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

Database Management:

Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring accurate tracking of properties, clients, and sales activity.

Transaction Tracking:

Monitor and track key transaction deadlines, such as inspection dates, closing dates, and lease renewals, to ensure timely action is taken.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to real estate agents and managers, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software. Knowledge of real estate processes, including contracts, negotiations, and property management. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:



Real estate license or certification (preferred but not required). Experience with CRM tools and other real estate software (e.g., MLS, DocuSign). Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
