Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Client Manager, located in Dubai. The Real Estate Client Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and finding suitable property options. Daily tasks include coordinating property viewings, negotiating property deals, providing market insights, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive interaction with clients, property owners, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.

Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Negotiation skills and ability to close property deals Market Research and understanding of real estate trends Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Attention to Detail and Organizational skills Proficiency in Property Management Software and CRM tools Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Valid driving license and car.

This role is commission based only, there is no salary.
