Al Emad Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties in the vibrant Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and calling.

Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties.

Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on property market trends, prices, and legal requirements.

Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and tenants.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Keep abreast of market trends, new developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai real estate market.

Proven track record of success in property sales and leasing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
