Estative is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling off-plan projects and new real estate developments. This role is perfect for a sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional results in Dubai's competitive property market. Responsibilities: - Drive sales for off-plan properties and newly launched real estate projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. - Actively prospect, qualify leads, and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Stay updated on market trends, project details, and Dubai's real estate landscape. - Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits for potential clients. - Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and events. - Provide exceptional client service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties. - Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and its regulations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Existing network of clients and brokers in Dubai is a strong advantage. - RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory. - Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
