Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong business sense and passion for the real estate industry
• High level of integrity and dedication to providing exceptional service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence to excel in a commission-only environment
• Licensed Real Estate Agents preferred, but support provided for those seeking licensure
• Sales experience preferred, but we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds eager to learn and grow

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from reaching out to potential buyers to maintaining existing client relationships
• Source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships with them
• Develop cordial relations with developers' agents
• Stay informed about the latest real estate launches and updates to provide informed advice to clients
• Be a team player and eager to learn new skills to become a professional Real Estate Expert and excel in your career
