Elite Equities Real Estate is looking for motivated and dedicated Property Consultants to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for real estate and a strong drive to succeed. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convince clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers or tenants.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.

• Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently.

• Prepare and manage necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, hospitality or similar role.

• Knowledgeable of the real estate market.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
