Being a real estate agent involves wearing multiple hats and juggling various responsibilities. Here's a breakdown of what the job role typically entails:

• Ensure achievement of monthly sales/lease targets whilst building the Company's reputation and long-term sustainability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Identify and target key clients in the real estate market, including property owners, investors, and developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present real estate properties effectively to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and guidelines in all selling/leasing and property management activities.
• Integrate sales/lease efforts with organized marketing activities and attend and participate in events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate sales/ lease, create more sales/ lease leads and collect

What we expect you to bring on the table:

• Proven experience in sales or business development (minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience)
• Strong understanding of real estate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Customer focused and bottom line oriented
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Proven experience in Dubai real estate market.
• Nice to have: RERA permit and UAE driving license.
