Here\'s a breakdown of what the job role typically entails:
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales/lease targets whilst building the Company\'s reputation and long-term sustainability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Identify and target key clients in the real estate market, including property owners, investors, and developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present real estate properties effectively to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and guidelines in all selling/leasing and property management activities.
- Integrate sales/lease efforts with organized marketing activities and attend and participate in events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate sales/ lease, create more sales/ lease leads and collect
- Proven experience in sales or business development .
- Strong understanding of real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Customer focused and bottom line oriented
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate market.
- Nice to have: RERA permit and UAE driving license.
