The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market. As a Real Estate Consultant at Wings 9 Properties, you will be responsible for leveraging your sales expertise to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your role will involve understanding clients\' requirements, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice throughout the sales process. No Basic Salary Only Commission Based Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of the Dubai real estate market to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Understand client\'s needs and preferences to offer suitable real estate solutions.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transaction process for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in the real estate industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Proven track record in sales with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s property market, regulations, and trends.
- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- RERA certification is preferred.
- A driving license will be a good advantage.
- Good Commission.
