A well-known company with expertise in Real Estate that has been operating in Dubai for over a decade is looking for Real Estate Agents or Consultants. We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values.
- Show properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and property investments.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate transactions.
- Maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using real estate databases and software.
