Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or managing properties while providing expert advice and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with property sales, purchases, leasing, and investments. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Build and maintain a strong network of clients, property owners, and real estate developers. Provide detailed property information, including market comparisons and pricing. Arrange property viewings and lead negotiations on behalf of clients. Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company standards. Prepare and manage property contracts, agreements, and documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market developments, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate, property management, or sales (UAE experience is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. In-depth understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. UAE driving license (mandatory). Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
