Job Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years in the real estate industry.
• Appearance : Presentable and well-groomed.
• Skills : Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
• Position 1 - Real Estate Consultant : Ability to advise clients and assist in property buying, selling, and renting.
• Position 2 - Listing Specialist : Responsible for managing property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate (at least 1 year).
• Must have a positive and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
