Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively identify and engage with potential clients to generate sales leads.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Conduct property viewings and market analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and tenants.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and regulatory changes in the real estate sector.
• Manage client databases and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
