We are looking for Dynamic and Energetic Agents to join our team. Experienced real estate professionals in Abu Dhabi should be presentable, should have strong communication skills, very good dealing with clients Duties and responsibilities:
Assist sellers and buyers with purchasing or selling the property
Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
Keep up to date with market trends
Prepare necessary documentation
Advising clients in making informed property purchase decisions
Contacting clients by making cold calls, giving presentations, and sending promotional emails
Planning and developing strategies for effective property management and sales
Working on the market leads to qualify the most interested clients in order to approaching them with the suitable property units in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Making market researches for different spotty regions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to review the current real estate directions and other products of the competitors.
Working through the developers webinars and events for the new projects.
Requirements:
Real estate experience is preferred.
Candidates must be currently based in UAE and CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
Must have LICENSE and CAR is MANDATORY.
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent personal grooming
Must have the ability to compare property prices and monitor current transactions.
Highly motivated and customer-centric individual
