Role Description: Are you a driven and ambitious individual ready to build a successful career in Abu Dhabis thriving real estate market? Profile Group properties is seeking a full-time on-site Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Proactively prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase properties effectively to generate interest.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned properties, including maintaining listings and coordinating maintenance.
- Negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and the company.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulations in Dubai\'s real estate industry.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and/or property management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and a results-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages such as Spanish, German, Dutch, or Japanese are highly valued assets.
- Multi-lingual
- Preferrably with driving license.
